At Harvey Medical Legal Consulting, we take this industry accepted foundational definition, and expand on it. It is our established standard to produce highly specialized, individualized plans, supported by evidenced based practice, medical research, and clinical practice guidelines.
After accepting each case, we consult with the client to determine the scope of need. Each matter is unique, and we tailor our process accordingly. We begin with a thorough forensic case review and make focused suggestions in the event that additional documentation may be beneficial to establishing medical foundation. We then generate and provide a comprehensive medical chronology, based on the medical records, for the legal team to draw from.
As the case evolves, we assist the client in identifying the essential experts, reporting, and examinations required to produce a comprehensive life care plan, reflective of both the present and future needs. Dr. Harvey is highly skilled in conducting interviews, as well as in performing the physical and functional examinations to assess ability and need.
